1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between CARSAL Guest Liaison CC (“CARSAL”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any person or entity (“the Client”) that engages CARSAL for attendance logistics services.

By engaging CARSAL’s services — whether through a signed proposal, a written instruction, a purchase order, or any other form of authorisation — the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not engage our services.
2. Our Services
CARSAL Guest Liaison CC provides specialist attendance logistics services for corporate events. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- RSVP and attendance management
- Event website and registration portal management
- On-site accreditation and check-in management
- Accommodation and rooming list management
- Flight and travel itinerary coordination
- Ground transfer and transport management
- Guest communication management
The specific scope of services applicable to each engagement is set out in the proposal or service agreement provided to the Client prior to commencement of work. Services not expressly included in the agreed scope are not covered by these terms without a separate written instruction and agreed fee.
CARSAL is an attendance logistics specialist and not a general event management company. We do not manage venue procurement, décor, entertainment, catering, production, or event creative direction unless expressly agreed in writing.
